Standardization:

Site-wide login/logout.
One multifunction CMS.
Working forum.
Weblog comments patched to forum, probably through many-to-many table.
"Edit" links on everything (patched to CMS).

...Oh, and a to-do list could be nice.

- convert old forum code to a generic-theme and upload to projects/

- figure out how to integrate forum code into a comment system for writing/weblog. Possibility: separate forums for each, with a "syndication" style link to the entry being commented on. When a new weblog entry or writing article is posted, automatically generate a forum post for it.
